Adalyn Ramey is an award winning 12 year-old singer/songwriter and musician from Paintsville, KY. Known as “The Young Appalachian Storyteller,” her original songs capture the heart and soul of the people of Appalachia. With original songs about home, life and faith, Adalyn has a passion for making music and sharing her stories with the world. Her original music has received airplay on radio stations all around the world and she’s had 7 different singles appear regularly on Top 20 bluegrass and gospel music charts in the past year. She was nominated for 4 awards at this year’s Appalachian Arts and Entertainment Awards, and is also up for 2 awards at the 10th Annual Josie Music Awards at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville this Fall. Even at a young age, Adalyn keeps a full schedule, performing shows at many renowned music venues and festivals throughout Kentucky and Virginia. Adalyn recently signed a record deal with Dreamland Entertainment in Nashville and will begin working on her first album with them very soon.
