Spenser is an 18-year old singer-songwriter from Indianapolis, Indiana. She began writing songs during the eighth grade, where she also taught herself the guitar, piano, and ukulele. Ever since, she hasn’t stopped writing. She has enjoyed writing songs about personal experiences. In 2021, she released her debut song “burden,” and later released her second song “six minutes in georgia.” She has since broadened her music style, experimenting with pop, rock, country and indie music and taking influence from artists such as Taylor Swift and Conan Gray. She also has begun experimenting with storytelling in her music and creating scenes in her head to write about. She has spent the last four years participating in many school performances, local open mics, and gigs in her area.
