SOMERSET, Ky. — The Master Musicians Festival is pleased to announce its new executive leadership and welcome a longtime festival volunteer to its Board of Directors.
Farrah Dobbs has been named President of the Master Musicians Festival Board of Directors, and Stefan Brown will serve as Vice President. Both will serve two-year terms in their new leadership roles.
Dobbs and Brown join Treasurer Angi Brown and Secretary Rosemary Bray on the MMF Executive Committee. Together, the committee will help guide the organization as it continues preparing for the future of one of Kentucky’s longest-running music festivals.
“Farrah and Stefan have already demonstrated tremendous commitment to MMF through their years of board service and hands-on leadership,” said MMF Executive Director Tiffany Finley. “They understand both the mission of the festival and the work required behind the scenes to make it successful. We are excited to have them leading our board into this next chapter.”
MMF is also excited to welcome Crystal Kidd as its newest board member. Kidd has volunteered with the festival for many years and will now serve as Food Vendor Director.
Kidd brings valuable community and organizational experience to the board through her outstanding work with the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce.
“Crystal has already been part of the MMF family for years, and we are thrilled to officially welcome her to the board,” Finley said. “Her experience, work ethic and strong connections throughout our community will be tremendous assets to the festival.”
